Warning= Disobeying 2 cautions.
Ban= No posting or PMing under your username for a certain period of time.
Permaban= No posting or PMing under your username ever again.
IP ban= Unable to view the site ever again.

2 Cautions= 1 warning.
3 warnings= 1 week ban.
2 bans= 2 week ban.
3 bans= Permaban
Permaban and make new accounts= IP ban.
